What to Expect
Frequently asked questions about the Clinical Massage experience.
Medical massage therapy helps reduce muscle spasms, reduces stress, speeds up muscle recovery, encourages your bodys natural healing and stimulates the immune system.
The length of a medical massage session can vary. The average massage is 60 minutes for a table massage.
You should get a massage whenever you feel that you need one. If you are experiencing chronic pain then scheduling a massage at least once a week to maintain supple muscles, and the health benefits that go with them is recommended.
Being properly hydrated is a key element to wellness. Drinking ample water before and after your massage treatment will help your body release toxins stored in muscle tissue.
